Memorial Services

As we have grieved so many losses together, and yet apart – it has been difficult to keep many of the cultural traditions at a time of death.  That is why we are offering the church to help you in your time of need.

As we look to the future, the only opportunity to give people a “proper” funeral will be on the one-year anniversary of their death.  With so any deaths all around the same time period, reserving a date and time become critically important, especially since so many of you have asked to have these services in the church. I do need to be clear – the service does not need to be on the exact one-year anniversary, but on a time convenient for family and friends to travel.  ALL this is contingent on whether, or not, we will be allowed to gather by this time.

IS THERE A FEE ?   No – however, we do ask that the family cover some of the expenses incurred with a service like this – please have a conversation with the church staff well enough ahead of your proposed date.

For out of church services, there is no fee.

In-Church Service with Food in the Parish Hall  –

5 Hours total – this includes the fee for the organist, printing a program, flowers, use of the sanctuary video projection, and the fee for person who will help with hall set up and clean up (they are not there to do the work, merely guide you) $600 – no alcohol – seats 70 at tables – 125 without tables – you are responsible for everything but tables and chairs.

If you plan to use a projected photo tribute – it must be in either .mov or .mp4 format – and received one week in advance.

In-Church Service with Food elsewhere –

includes the fee for the organist, flowers, use of the sanctuary video projection, and printing a program – $250
